As a mother, I am often too consumed about making the experience fun and exciting and educational often in that order. (to keep the attention span). I was feeling particularly pleased with myself that day that we had planned ahead, brought all the supplies to make the foot print, and looked like we knew what we were doing. Other tourist even stopped and asked us questions. What the ***! We played along the four of us, let me phrase this by Lane and Kaid have an excuse, by default they are expected not to know. But David and I pretended to know what we were doing for 45 min. (You know sometimes as a parent you over look the details when your trying to provide an enriching experience for your child, like what kind of dinosaur made the print!) Long story short, I asked David, he hadn't a clue, neither did the dinosaur people. Seems no one knows what kind of dinosaur made these prints, however the educational center had this sculpture for an illustration.
